Flu Shot in a Bottle
1 quart size Mason jar or fruit jar (glass)
1 medium onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 Tbs horseradish paste
2 Tbs mustard (stone ground is good)
1Tbs fresh grated ginger
Pinch cayenne pepper
Apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s is good. Enough to fill rest of jar)
Add onion, garlic, horseradish, ginger and cayenne to jar. Add apple cider vinegar, filling to top of jar.
Line the lid with wax paper (as the apple cider vinegar corrodes the metal) and close jar.
Give it a good shake and store it at room temp. ( on kitchen counter is good)
Every day for two weeks, give the jar a good shake.
Once it’s “brewed” for two weeks, consume 2oz. of the liquid daily.
Can be added to soups or salads, or diluted with water and sweetened with honey.
After the two week brewing process, be sure to store it in the refrigerator.
